Summary: Really nice place to stay while travelling with family or children. The room, kitchenette and bathroom were all clean and tidy. The kitchenette was well supplied with plates, utensils, and other necessities. The fridge is full size (European size for those from the USA). Each sleeping room has its own AC unit. Check-in is slightly more complicated than a normal hotel. The front door is locked, so you have to ring the button to be let in, then go up one level, then ring again to be let into the lobby.

Summary: The Riemergasse property is a charming building located on a side street but is within walking distance to major sites, museums, and shopping. The apartment/hotel has great service. The staff is professional yet friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely return.
